Fairdeal are a social enterprise company based in Castlemilk, Glasgow providing assistance and support for people with learning disabilities, older people and younger people.

Due to the organisation increasing in size over the years, and handling large amounts of sensitive data, Fair Deal felt they had outgrown their IT provider. The response times could be several days, leaving the organisation without the timely support they required. Additionally, their hardware was outdated and they required adequate security measures in place to protect their data.
THE SOLUTION
Document Data Group provides a dedicated team of IT technicians, with a helpdesk available 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Our ticketing system ensures customers receive regular updates and allows us to maintain accountability by responding to issues promptly.
Remote Management Software has been installed on all devices enabling continuous network monitoring and regular system checks. During the IT Audit, outdated hardware was identified which has since been upgraded including a transition from an old on-premise server to a cloud-based solution.
With these improvements, Fairdeal now has the reliable IT Support they need, allowing them to focus on day-to-day operations without disruption.
